Local Artists to Have Works Displayed in Framingham
Artists from Dover and Sherborn are to be featured in the exhibit at the Fountain Street Fine Art studio in Framingham.

Dover artist Suzanne Booth and Sherborn artist Arlene Chaplin will display their work in the exhibit "First Anniversary: PAPER", Fountain Street Fine Art’s 1st Anniversary open juried show in Framingham.
Artists were invited to submit original work in any medium that was on, of or about PAPER, to celebrate their first year of operation at Fountain Street.
Eighty-five artists submitted nearly 200 pieces to PAPER, the gallery’s third juried show.

While predominantly from Massachusetts, artists from throughout New England and New York are represented.
The juror, James Welu, was impressed with the quality and breadth of the work assembled. He made some tough choices, and selected 47 pieces by 40 artists.

A number of sculptural pieces are included the exhibition, as well as works in many different media, including photographs, oils, watercolors, drawings and prints.
The exhibit will be open from Jan. 13 to Feb. 5 and there will be a public reception on Jan. 21 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
