Officers Respond to Suspicious Activity, Help Serve Restraining Order
The Dover Police Department provided the following information. Patch prints all arrests.

Thursday, May 16
5:53 a.m.: A resident on Crest Drive requested help resolving an ongoing issue with a neighbor involving mulch. The caller reported she knows who delivered the mulch and has address its clean up with the involved party.
9:45 a.m.: A resident reported a parked vehicle on Kraw Drive and requested the car be asked to leave. Officers spoke the vehicle's operator, who was a contractor working at a nearby residence.

3:23 p.m.: A Needham officer requested assistance with service a restraining order. A Dover Police officer called the person to be served the restraining order and was hung up on. The Needham Police Department called back soon after and said the person had been served.
