Over the last few months, several fellow Sherborn residents have asked me to consider running for the office of Selectman.  After much consideration, I have decided that I would welcome the opportunity to again serve my town in elected office.  Therefore, I formally declare my intention to seek the approval of the Sherborn Town Caucus for the position of Selectman on Wednesday, March 2. I believe a change in the composition of the Board of Selectmen will allow deliberations and decisions in a more open and non-adversarial forum. I hope to serve with Selectmen Pucci and Twining in a spirit of cooperation and mutual regard to allow us to reach decisions that benefit the greatest number of the citizens of Sherborn.  It is my intention that our governing will be well reasoned, rational, lawful, open, and, above all else, fair.
