Tuesday, September 11 Marijuana Smokers (4:17 p.m.) - A caller reports that the occupants of a car near Lake St. and Eliot St. may have been "smoking pot" while he drove by in his vehicle. Wednesday, September 12 Road Rage (12:19 p.m.) - A caller from Coolidge St. and Meadowbrook Rd. reports that he is driving a black Acura and states that the operator of a red Kia is causing a road rage type of issue. He states that the operator of the Kia is trying to pass him, driving aggressively and "pointing his fists" towards him in the rearview mirrow.
