5 Things February 1 in Easton: Softball Registration Open

Happy Friday, Easton.

1. Art Adventures at the Children's Museum in Easton

Join us every Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. starting September 23rd for this exciting drop in. Every week has a new adventure! Explore different forms of dance, music, drama, as well as painting, clay and more in this creative workshop. Special guest teachers will bring their art to life in this interactive and fun filled program.

"Art Adventures" does not require registration and is free with paid admission to the Museum. Admission is $7.50 per person; members and children under 1 are free.

2. Easton Girls Softball League 2013 Registration Open

Easton Girls Softball League is pleased to announce that registration is NOW OPEN for the 2013 recreational league season!
Please note that the registration deadline is Feb 28.

3. "A Long Class" Drop-in Children's Class at Maplewood

Today at 11:30 a.m.:

A-Long Class (ages 18 mos.-5 yrs. w/ adult participation)
Not only is this class 1-1/2 hours long but the activities let you and your child float between activities that get them: singing a-long, marching a-long, playing a-long.  The age grouping also allow your child to take this class a-long with a sibling.  
You and your child will enjoy:

Gym & Gymnastics: lots of fun physical activities
Play Space: chances to express creativity thru sand/water play,  musical instruments anddifferent types of play dough

4. From Easton to Newtown

There will be a card signing at three locations in Easton for Newtown, Conn.

People will have the opportunity to sign a brief message on a paper heart that will be compiled into a special book. It will be sent to Newtown, CT as a gift.
