Baldie's Pizzeria to Open in Easton

One Easton pizza shop is closing its doors and another is taking it's place.

Baldie's Pizzeria will soon be opening it's doors at the former spot of Mina's Pizza.

Owner Apostolos Hatzidis, who had his common victualler license approved by Selectmen Monday, also owns a Baldie's in Bridgewater.

"There will be the same things as the other pizza store," he said. "We’re just going to bring it to here."

The menu includes a variety of pizzas, subs, dinners, soups and appetizers.

Hatzidis said besides a new paint job, the inside of the restaurant will not change.

"I've heard a lot of good things about the place in Bridgewater," Selectman Dan Murphy said.
