Mary's Pizza Celebrates Grand Opening in Whistlestop Plaza

Easton has a new pizza place.

Mary's Pizza in Whistlestop Plaza celebrated its Grand Opening Tuesday in the store-front that formerly held the take-out location for Mario's Tratorria.

While the pizza place may be new, its owners are familiar with the area.

After moving to the states from Egypt, Mike Melak got his start in Easton just across the road serving pizzas in the plaza that now holds CVS Pharmacy. Since then, he and his partner Samy Hennien branched off to own Panorama Pizza in Brockton.

Melak and Hennien still own the Brockton location and are hoping Mary's will bring similar success.

The menu offers gourmet pizzas, party pizzas, sandwiches, pasta, dinners, seafood, calzones, wraps and subs. That is not to mention a variety of salds and side orders.
