Massive Bristol County Child Porn Bust: Police

WESTPORT, MA — A Westport man was arrested and found with "thousands" of child pornography videos and images, police announced Tuesday. Raymond Gagne, 50, was arrested Monday by the Massachusetts State Police Cyber Crime Unit. He was released on $40 bond pending an arraignment Tuesday in Fall River District Court.

Police said they opened an investigation in January after Gagne uploaded some of his child porn to a blog. Officers "received information from a blogging site about someone who had uploaded images depicting nude, prepubescent males being posed in a lascivious manner," police said in a statement.

Officers obtained enough evidence for a search warrant and on Monday raided Gagne's Westport residence, where they said they found thousands of videos and images of child porn.
