Cape Cod Man With 68 Priors Arrested Again

YARMOUTH, MA — A Cape Cod criminal with 68 charges on his record was arrested again Tuesday after a fight over drugs at a Yarmouth Econo Lodge, police said. Frank Fagone, 34, of Bourne, was charged with assault.

"Two people had argued over continued drug use," Yarmouth police said in a statement. "The argument led to violence and damage to hotel property."

Police said Fagone had a knife and a "large" bundle of cash. There was drug paraphernalia scattered across a room of the motel where the altercation happened, police said.

Fagone was held in custody pending an arraignment in Barnstable District Court.
