Falmouth Man Charged With Heroin, Fentanyl Trafficking
Austin Winbush, 22, was arrested Friday after officers raided a Falmouth home and found heroin, fentanyl and methamphetamine, police said.
FALMOUTH, MA – An East Falmouth man was arrested Friday morning after police searched a Carolyn Lane home and found heroin, fentanyl and methamphetamine. Austin Winbush, 22, faces charges of trafficking heroin/fentanyl, possession to distribute methamphetamine and possession to distribute Suboxone.
Officers raided the home and found just over 128 grams of heroin combined with fentanyl, more than four grams of methamphetamine and over 15 packets of Suboxone, police said. Investigators also seized digital scales, a "cutting" substance, sandwich bags and more than $2,400 in cash, according to a police statement.
Investigators believe Winbush has been selling drugs "on a regular basis," the Falmouth Police Department said in a statement.
