Falmouth Police Host Food Drive This Weekend

It's the second year of the Handcuff Hunger event in Falmouth. Here's what to know.

FALMOUTH, MA — The Falmouth Police Department are set to host the second annual Handcuff Hunger food drive this weekend.

This year's food drive will be on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in front of both Shaw's and Stop & Shop in Falmouth.

Donations will go toward the Falmouth Service Center.

Officials said they're looking for holiday grocery donations including:

  • quick bread mixes
  • canned corn
  • canned green beans
  • pasta sauce
  • spaghetti
  • canned fruit mix

Additionally, officials said they'll also accept baby diapers, Ensure and pet food.
