Falmouth Prostitution Raid At Ancient Chinese Wellness Spa

FALMOUTH, MA — Falmouth police on Thursday arrested the husband and wife who ran Falmouth's Ancient Chinese Wellness Spa during a prostitution raid. Mark Clinton, 50, and Li Zhou, 49, both of Fairhaven, were charged with a host of crimes. The raid was conducted Thursday afternoon at the Waquoit Highway business, police said.

Clinton was previously charged with similar crimes at the business in September. He and his wife were held on $50,000 bail pending an arraignment Friday.

Clinton was charged with two counts of deriving support from prostitution, keeping a house of prostitution and operating an unlicensed massage/bath. Zhou was charged with sexual conduct for a free and conspiracy.

The raid was conducted by Falmouth police and State Police. Fairhaven police assisted with the investigation.
