More outages and flooding are expected later Friday into Saturday, as 60+ mph winds are anticipated. The storm was expected to drop up to 6 inches of rain on parts of Southeastern Massachusetts, threatening coastal homes. Voluntary evacuations were ordered in Scituate, Duxbury and Plum Island. Governor Charlie Baker mobilized the National Guard and many coastal towns canceled school Friday.
