'Major' Cape Cod Drug Raid Nets Heroin, Cocaine: Police

Cape Cod police said they arrested Rodney Ferguson and Barbara Collins during a drug raid in Yarmouth.

YARMOUTH, MA — Police said a "major" drug raid Friday morning in Yarmouth netted heroin, cocaine and two dealers. Rodney Ferguson, 43, and Barbara Collins, 32, both of of Yarmouth, were arrested on drug trafficking charges. The raid was conducted at about 4 a.m. at a Salt Marsh Lane residence.

Police said officers seized 129 grams of cocaine, 68 grams of heroin and $3,200.

Ferguson, whose criminal record includes 69 charges out of Massachusetts and more out of Rhode Island and Florida, was charged with two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute. Collins was charged with three counts of drug trafficking. Ferguson was held on $50,000 bail; Collins was held on $10,000 bail.
