A new arrival at our shelter is Felicia, a beautiful long-haired calico who is about 5 years old. Felicia appears to have either Maine coon or ragdoll in her ancestry.
She is an especially affectionate cat, loves to be stroked and, when picked up, gives hugs in return.
At some point in her past Felicia was attacked by a dog and required surgery as a result. She needs a home without dogs and might also prefer to be the only cat in a household.

Felicia will make a wonderful companion pet for some lucky person.
The new shelter is located at 44 Beagle Lane in Teaticket. It is open to the public Wednesdays from 4 to 6 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., or by appointment.
