Provincetown Parking Ban Pushed Back Due To Town Meeting

Rather than beginning this week, the Commercial Street parking ban will begin on April 9 this year.

PROVINCETOWN, MA — Provincetown locals will have an extra week to park on Commercial Street this year.

Local officials said that, due to the April 7 scheduling of Town Meeting for this year, they will push the parking ban back.

The ban usually begins April 1 but, for 2025, the Commercial Street ban will now start on April 9.

Parking is banned on Commercial Street between Pearl Street and Central Street when the ban is in effect.
