“Love Farms represents everything we value about hospitality — warmth, connection, and authenticity,” said John McCarthy, Managing Partner of Pelham Hospitality. “We wanted to create a place where people can slow down, enjoy incredible food, and see firsthand where it comes from. It’s about celebrating the Cape’s farming roots while offering a dining experience that feels truly special.”
In 2020, Culinary Institute of America Graduate Dylan Leary, his father Dennis Leary, his uncle Mark Gentilozzi, and his grandfather Frank Hursey set out to bring new life to a seven-acre farm. The purchase of 607 Main St. in West Dennis the following year expanded that vision, and Love Farms took shape, officials said.

The heart of Love Farms is its dynamic dining program, which combines The Harvest Room — an intimate 40–50-seat tasting venue — with a full-service restaurant that celebrates the flavors of each season.
The restaurant will open Thursday through Sunday (7 a.m.–4 p.m.) from December through March, serving breakfast and lunch, and will expand to seven days a week from April through October, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Designed to be approachable and welcoming, the restaurant will operate on a first-come, first-served basis, encouraging guests to stop by, explore the market, or enjoy the grounds before dining, officials said.
Meanwhile, The Harvest Room will host a five-course family-style tasting dinner series on Saturdays beginning in January, where guests will enjoy a welcome cocktail, a guided farm tour, and a chef-led dining experience designed to showcase the farm’s best seasonal ingredients.
As the seasons progress, these Harvest Dinners will increase in frequency, ultimately expanding to six nights a week during the summer months. The tasting menu will be priced at $150 per person, with à la carte beverage offerings and curated wine selections to complement the experience.
The culinary team, led by Executive Chef Kevin Curtin, brings more than a decade of Cape Cod culinary experience and a passion for community-focused cooking. Curtin’s philosophy aligns with the mission of Love Farms: to create meaningful connections through food, culture, and hospitality.
The onsite market will feature house-baked breads, seasonal produce, local goods, branded merchandise and more.
Beginning in June, live music will evolve into a full summer nightlife experience with outdoor seating, a rotating beer truck, a family-friendly playground. The open-air atmosphere will carry through July and August.
