Sagamore Bridge Traffic Delays For Repairs

BOURNE, MA — Expect delays traveling over the Sagamore Bridge to Cape Cod through May. Two lanes of traffic on the bridge were closed Monday for repair work. The Army Corps of Engineers will replace damaged roadway joints. The work is expected to continue through late May.

The bridge, opened in 1935, has four lanes of traffic — two in each direction. One lane of traffic in each direction was closed for the repair work.
