Cochary High School Mile The run, which honors Tommy Cochary, a Falmouth runner who was killed in a drunk driving accident in 1990, will take place at 7 p.m. on Saturday at the Falmouth High School Track. The Cochary family plans to provide the winning female and male runners each with a $2,500 grant to improve or implement change at their school in athletics or wellness.
Woods Hole Library Book Sale The library will host its annual summer book sale from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday at the library. The used books also include this year's top sellers.
Family Fun Run The Falmouth Recreation Department and The Savings Bank Life Insurance Company of Massachusetts will host this family race at 6 p.m. on Friday at the Falmouth High School track.
