1. Expect a Rainy Monday in Foxborough
Today’s weather in Foxborough, according to the National Weather Service based in Taunton, calls for rain and possibly a thunderstorm before noon, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm, mainly after noon. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. Patchy fog before 2 p.m. High near 74. Southwest wind 7 to 9 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100 percent. New rainfall amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible. Monday night: Scattered showers, mainly before midnight. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly clear, with a low around 49. Southwest wind 5 to 7 mph becoming northwest after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
2. Foxborough’s Board of Water & Sewer Commissioners to Meet Monday
Foxborough’ Board of Water & Sewer Commissioners will meet Monday at 7 p.m. in the Water Department office to discuss the following town business:

3. Foxborough School Committee Meets Monday
The Foxborough School Committee will meet Monday at 7 p.m. in the Foxborough High School Media Center to discuss the following business:
- Teaching and learning highlights: Signature project challenge at construction career day
- Update on guidance services: Ahern Middle School, Foxborough High School and college admissions information
- Ahern Middle School and Foxborough High School mathematics textbook adoption
- Vote to approve collective bargaining agreements and memorandums of agreement: Foxborough Education Association (professionals), Foxborough Education Association (educational assistants), Foxborough school bus drivers’ association, Foxborough Educational Secretaries’ Association, Foxborough Crossing Guards Memorandum of Agreement, Foxborough Maintenance Workers’ Association
- First Reading of Policy ECAF – School Security Cameras

5. Treasurer Grossman to Speak in Mansfield on June 4th
On Tuesday, June 4th the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce will host its bi-annual Economic Development Breakfast featuring Treasurer Steve Grossman from 7:45 to 9 a.m. at the Holiday Inn Mansfield/Foxborough.
Treasurer Grossman will provide insight on the overall financial strategy of the Commonwealth and how this affects the Tri-Town area of Mansfield, Foxboro and Norton.
The event is open to the public and all are welcome to attend and learn.
The fee is $15 for Non Tri-Town Chamber members/$10 for members.
