FOXBOROUGH, MA — A Kraft Group subsidiary has purchased the property next to Gillette Stadium. FRA Terminals LLC, which has a listed address of 1 Patriot Pl., the same as Gillette Stadium, is the new owner of the former Foxboro Terminals on Route 1. The property was purchased for $18 million in cash, according to Norfolk Registry of Deeds records. The town's assessors database states that the property has a value of about $3.48 million. The property stretches out from the intersection of Route 1 and North Street towards the stadium. It is often used for tailgating for major events.
