Foxboro Heroes: Help Patch Recognize People Making A Difference
Residents have nominated local essential workers, volunteers and health care workers. Help us recognize more people.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — The adage 'not all heroes wear capes' is more apparent now than ever. Countless people are putting themselves in danger by simply showing up to work in essential roles for our communities, risking possible infection from the new coronavirus.
Doctors, nurses, police and grocery store workers alike are just some of the professions with a high potential for exposure to the virus. Patch wants to recognize as many of these heroes as possible. Here's one hero we recognized:

Officer Jenna Carew "is a very caring and loving person," her nominator said. "She has never once questioned going into work during this pandemic."
We know you've encountered or seen them around town, and we want to help recognize as many of these heroes as possible. If the heroism happened a while ago, at the height of the outbreak, that's okay.
