Foxborough Teen Med-Flighted Following Falmouth Crash

FALMOUTH, MA — An 18-year-old Foxborough woman suffered leg and heard injuries in a crash in Falmouth Wednesday night.
Police and fire were called to Gifford Street for the incident involving the teen, who was crossing the street and a Toyota Tundra operated by a 67-year-old East Falmouth woman. Police are not sure if the teen was on her bike or had dismounted at the time of the crash, according to a statement on the Falmouth Police Department's Facebook page.
The Foxborough teen was taken to a Boston hospital by MedFlight. The vehicle operator was uninjured.

Gifford Street between Amvets and Dillingham avenues was closed for a period of time.
No charges have been announced.
