A North Attleboro man was arrested after police said he disguised a cell phone to look like extra cleaning supplies to film people.
FOXBOROUGH, MA — A Massachusetts janitor was arrested after police say he hid a camera in the restroom of a local business and filmed people without their knowledge, police said.
Police responded to a Foxborough business on Tuesday after an employee discovered a cell phone actively recording video. The phone was disguised in a box on the floor to make it look like extra cleaning supplies, police said.
Officers arrested Anizio Carvalho, 29, of North Attleboro, and charged him with photographing an unsuspecting nude person, a crime which, if convicted, could lead to over two years of jail time.
