FOXBOROUGH, MA — A Massachusetts janitor was arrested after police say he hid a camera in the restroom of a local business and filmed people without their knowledge, police said.Police responded to a Foxborough business on Tuesday after an employee discovered a cell phone actively recording video. The phone was disguised in a box on the floor to make it look like extra cleaning supplies, police said.Officers arrested Anizio Carvalho, 29, of North Attleboro, and charged him with photographing an unsuspecting nude person, a crime which, if convicted, could lead to over two years of jail time.Police continue to investigate Carvalho, who is a contract janitor, to determine if there are any other potential victims in Foxborough or other communities where he worked.
