Police, FBI agents and an area SWAT team searched Paris' home in September, but Paris' lawyer argues that they have the wrong man, partially because they didn't find a gun or clothing that matched those worn by the man pictured in the robbery, according to the Foxboro Reporter.
A blue surgical mask that matches the one worn by the robber was found in a trash bin outside the bank, and was sent out for testing.
