Patriot Place, Wormtown Brewery Team Up For Oktoberfest

FOXBOROUGH, MA — Patriot Place's annual Oktoberfest celebration will return in 2025, officials announced this week.

The plaza will host the fourth annual celebration on Saturday from noon to 4 p.m., featuring what officials said is a "day full of German traditions, activities, games, live music and fun for the whole family."

Patriot Place will team up with Wormtown Brewery to host the free, family-friendly event featuring traditional Oktoberfest-spirited games, live German music courtesy of the Oom Pa Pas, giveaways and more.

The festivities will include a stein-holding competition, stein racing, trivia hosted at Wormtown Brewery, themed photo opportunities and a wide array of family-friendly activities and crafts.

“As the leaves change and mark the start of autumn, all of us here at Patriot Place look forward to football season and the return of some of our favorite fall festivities, including our annual Oktoberfest Celebration,” said Brian Earley, Vice President and General Manager of Patriot Place.

Earley continued:

“Alongside our guests and our fantastic partners at Wormtown Brewery, we look forward to celebrating Oktoberfest with an afternoon full of light-hearted competition, family-friendly activities, live music and more. We’re counting down the days until Saturday, Sept. 20 when we host this annual Bavarian bash for the fourth time, continuing a fall full of family fun at Patriot Place.”

“We’re thrilled to team up with Patriot Place to bring a little bit of Bavaria to Foxborough this Saturday,” said Darren Sutton, General Manager of Wormtown Brewery Foxborough. “If it’s anything like St. Patrick’s Day, when Foxborough showed up to celebrate with us alongside family and friends, we know this will be a great day to fest. We’ll have plenty of family-friendly activities and Wormtown Festbier and Oktoberfest to raise a stein with both new and longtime guests all afternoon.”

Oktoberfest will take place in the North Marketplace with Wormtown Brewery as the hub of the festivities. The celebration will take place rain or shine, with some locations subject to change in the event of rain, officials said.
