Patriots To Attend Colin Kaepernick Workout: Report
New England is reportedly going to attend a workout for the controversial quarterback.

The New England Patriots are reportedly one of the teams expected to attend Colin Kaepernick's upcoming workout. The Boston Globe reported Wednesday the Patriots will send a representative to the ex-NFL quarterback's workout in Atlanta Saturday.
The NFL reportedly helped set up the showcase for Kaepernick. The 32-year-old quarterback played last played for the San Francisco 49ers; he opted out of his contract in March 2017.
Since then, no team has touched Kaepernick. Some say it's because of a decline in skill after a hot start to his career, including a Super Bowl run in 2013. Others say it's because of the controversy surrounding Kaepernick, who in 2016 started kneeling during the national anthem.

It's unknown who from the Patriots will attend the workout, but considering it's one day before the Patriots play in Philadelphia, it likely won't be anyone involved with the game, such as Bill Belichick.
