A Sour, Surly Tom Brady Was Irritated After Patriots Win
The 42-year-old's press conference that lasted less than two minutes was more Belichick than Brady.

For once, a win wasn't enough to bring a smile to Tom Brady's face. The New England quarterback appeared downright frustrated in his postgame press conference after the Patriots' 17-10 win in Philadelphia Sunday evening.
Brady's body language and demeanor would have you think his team was on the wrong side of that score. The press conference lasted less than two minutes. It was more Belichick than Brady.
“We just played for three hours," Brady said when asked why he appeared so down. "So I think everyone is a little tired."

The Patriots won again on the back of their stellar defense — and they needed it. The offense scored only one touchdown, and that came on a trick pass from receiver Julian Edelman. It was the first time in Brady's long career where another Patriot had more touchdown passes in a game than he did.

It's the third time this season the Hall of Fame-bound Brady didn't throw a touchdown pass. He finished 26 of 47 for 216 yards.

So how does the offense look to Brady?
“Up and down, he said. "That’s what it looks like to me. We could probably do everything better.”

There have been hints of frustration all season with Brady. Despite being the top seed in the AFC and Super Bowl favorites, the offense has struggled to find any consistency.
Belichick has recognized the lack of receivers from the beginning, drafting receiver N'Keal Harry in the first round. The Patriots then traded for Antonio Brown, who they were soon after forced to release. New England then cut Josh Gordon and traded for Mohamed Sanu. The team has cycled through several tight end options in the first year without Rob Gronkowski, while the offensive line has been one of the team's glaring weak spots.
