'Upskirting' Arrest Leads To Child Porn Charges For Amazon Driver
Wrentham police say a Rhode Island man had 12 nude videos of unsuspecting victims on his phone, including videos of five underage people.

WRENTHAM, MA — Police arrested an Amazon delivery driver Monday night after a two-month investigation that started when customers at the Wrentham Outlets complained of a suspicious man near a women's restroom.
Jacob M. Guerrero, 23, of Woonsocket, RI , was scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Wrentham District Court on multiple charges. Police stopped and arrested Guerrero on a warrant as he left the Amazon parking lot across from the Wrentham Outlets.
Chief Bill McGrath said Wrentham police began the investigation in late August when the Outlet customers called police. When police arrived, the suspect had already left.

McGrath said the initial investigation revealed Guerrero appeared to have a pen camera fastened to his sneaker. Pen cameras are easily concealed surveillance cameras that have the ability to record video and photos on Micro SD cards contained within the pen. The photos or video captured can then be transferred to any device, including cell phones and computers.
Police then identified Guerrero and his vehicle from security camera footage. Police stopped Guerrero on High Street in Wrentham on Sept. 2 and executed a search warrant. Following the stop, he was charged with photographing an unsupecting nude person and released on bail later that day.

A further investigation from Wrentham police found that Guerrero's suspicious activities continued, and another search warrant was issued for his personal cell phone and vehicle.
The evidence obtained from the search warrant includes twelve videos
McGrath says five of the twelve victims in the videos were under the age of 18. Of the victims under 18 years old, several are estimated to be between 8 and 11 years old. In at least one case, the evidence suggests the suspect secretly recorded a young girl through her bedroom window as she undressed.
