The Town of Framingham will hold a special Town Meeting in October.On Tuesday, Sept. 29, Town Moderator Teri Banerjee will host Town Meeting 102 with special presentations by Chief Financial Officer Mary Ellen Kelly and Community and Economic Development Director Arthur Robert at 7:30 p.m. in the Ablondi Room of the Memorial Building.All Town Meeting members and the public are invited to attend the session.
