6:04 p.m.: Richard Tuck Hargrave, 61, Arlington Street, Framingham, was arrested at Old Station Wine and Spirits for OUI liquor, open container in the vehicle

7:23 p.m.: Malicious destruction of property, 135 Kendall St.

9:09 p.m.: Family problem, 1321 Worcester Road

4:23 a.m.: Disturbed person, 92 Kendall St.

6:40 p.m.: Lawrence Vail, 60, Lincoln Street, Framingham, was arrested on a warrant

8:04 p.m.: Breaking and entering, 1249 Concord St.

8:30 p.m.: Brian Donahue, 40, Berkshire Street, Norfolk, was arrested at 1249 Concord St., and charged with unarmed burglary and disorderly conduct

8:39 p.m.: Malicious destruction of property, 187 Bishop St.

11:12 p.m.: Juan C. Escobar, 30, Old Connecticut Path, Framingham, was placed in protective custody for alcohol
