City Celebrates 325th Anniversary With Team Framingham Fun Run, Walk
A 3.25-mile run or walk is the latest part of the city's 325th anniversary celebrations. Here's how to participate.
FRAMINGHAM, MA — Team Framingham is set to help locals continue the city's 325th anniversary celebration with a fun run and walk later this year.
The Team Framingham 3.25 Mile Fun Run & Walk is scheduled for Sept. 14 at 8 a.m. at the Bowditch Field Complex, 475 Union Ave.
Hosted by Team Framingham, the event also highlights the team’s mission of training Boston Marathon runners and raising funds for local charities, officials said. Over the past 12 years, Team Framingham has helped 243 runners cross the Boston finish line and raised over $1 million for local non-profits.

Commemorative hats are available to the first 300 people who sign up, and children 10 and under can get in free.
The 3.25-mile course will take runners and walkers through Cushing Park before a celebratory final lap on the Bowditch track.
