MassDOT and MBTA are advising the community of overnight work that will be done in the right-of-way along the MBTA Worcester Commuter Rail.

FRAMINGHAM, MA—MassDOT and the MBTA are undertaking federally mandated Positive Train

MassDOT and MBTA are advising the community of overnight work that will be done in the right-of-way along the MBTA Worcester Commuter Rail Line, including in Framingham, beginning the week of May 21. The work will be done between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
This overnight work is necessary to avoid service interruptions by taking advantage of track time when the trains will not be operating, said the announcement.
