Developer Bringing Two Major Building Projects To Framingham

The projects would add more than 150 housing units in the city.

FRAMINGHAM, MA—A developer is planning two substantial building projects for housing in downtown Framingham.

Developer Vaios Theodorakos visited the planning board to seek approval for one development that would be a six-story, mixed-use building at the corner of Union Ave. and Proctor Street. The other involves residential buildings on Concord Street.
