Framingham AMC Theatre "Summer Movie Camp" Returns: What To Know

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Framingham is one of just four communities in Massachusetts to reap the benefits of having an AMC Theatre locally.

The movie theater company announced the return of its "Summer Movie Camp" program for 2023, returning for the first time since 2019.

Thanks to the program, residents will be available to see movies at the Framingham theater for $3 or $5 depending on the day. The special deal is only for the 14 movies included in the program.

Wednesday showings are $3 plus tax while showing on Saturday are $5 plus tax, and the program runs from June to August.

The first offering in the series of summer films starts this Wednesday. Here's what movie is showing on what day.

• June 7: "DC League of Super-Pets"
• June 10 and 14: "Minions: The Rise of Gru"
• June 17 and 21: "PAW Patrol: The Movie"
• June 24 and 28: "Puss in Boots: The Last Wish"
• June 30 and July 5: "Kung Fu Panda"
• July 8 and 12: "Trolls World Tour"
• July 15 and 19: "Mummies"
• July 22 and 26: "The Secret Life of Pets"
• July 29 and Aug. 2: "The Boss Baby: Family Business"
• Aug. 5 and 9: "Shrek 2″
• Aug. 11 and 16: "Sing 2″
• Aug. 19 and 23: "The Croods: A New Age"
• Aug. 26 and 30: "Sonic the Hedgehog 2"
