Framingham Fire Department responded to a report of a fire in a 3-story apartment building on Willis Street Sunday afternoon about 1:10 p.m.

Upon arrival, firefighters discovered heavy smoke.

Framingham knocked down the fire in an apartment bedroom quickly.

The fire was reported in apartment #12 at 27 Willis Street.
