A Middlesex County grand jury indicted a Framingham man on child rape charges.Brian Sherman, 52, of Framingham, was indicted on charges of rape, rape of a child by force (6 counts), and indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 (3 counts). The Middlesex Assistant District Attorney prosecuting is Marisa Tagliareni.No other details about the case were released in the press release from, the district attorney's office.
