Framingham MBTA Service Altered In November: What To Know

Shuttle buses will replace regular train service between Framingham and South Station for two weekends in November.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Track and signal work on the Framingham-Worcester line will alter MBTA service for two weekends in November.

On the weekends of November 1-2 and 8-9, express and local shuttle buses will replace regular train service between Framingham and South Station with service at Riverside for Green Line connections.

There will be no service to Wellesley Farms or Lansdowne Stations during this period.

There will be four shuttle routes available during this closure, Framingham officials said.

Route 1 will operate between Framingham, West Natick, Natick Center, Wellesley Square, Wellesley Hills and South Station.

Route 3 will operate between Framingham, West Natick, Natick Center, Wellesley Square, Wellesley Hills and Back Bay.
