Framingham Police narcotics officers, operating on an anonymous tip, found the camp site in the woods just north of the aqueduct around 11:15 a.m. on Monday, said Lt. Cronin.
The property, formerly known as New England Sand and Gravel, is currently under development as a residential subdivision, said Lt. Cronin. Construction has begin on the multi-unit development, known as Danforth Green.
Cronin said there was a strong odor of the chemicals near the wooded camp site.
Inside the tent, police and other first responders found chemicals and equipment for a Meth lab, said Lt. Cronin.
Framingham’s haz mat unit was called to the site. Both Sandler and Sullivan were decontaminated, and then given suits to wear, which they are pictured wearing in the police booking photos.
