Framingham Schedules Kindergarten Information Night

A presentation will inform caregivers about the ins and outs of the kindergarten experience in the district. Here's what to know.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — An in-person kindergarten information event is scheduled for Monday in Framingham.

Caregivers of incoming kindergarten students are invited to attend a presentation at the Chris Walsh Performing Arts Center (auditorium) at Fuller Middle School to learn more about the kindergarten experience, Framingham Public Schools officials said.

Superintendent Robert Tremblay will speak, and the presentation will allow caregivers to learn about the Controlled School Choice assignment process, meet before and after-school providers and meet staff members from different school departments, such as Multilingual Education, Special Education, Health and Wellness and others.

The event begins at 6 p.m., and Spanish and Portuguese-speaking interpreters will be on-site for the presentation.

The presentation portion of the event will be broadcast live on Facebook in English for those who cannot attend in person.
