Framingham State Soccer Picked to Finish Third in Conference
The Rams open their regular season on the road against Bay Path Thursday Sept. 3 at 4 p.m

The Rams closed out the 2014 season with a 14-7-1 record and 5-2 clip in league play on their way to the 2014 ECAC Div. III New England Championship.
Framingham State returns Second Team All-Conference players Michaela Hyland and Angela Pallotta, as well as 2014 ECAC Tournament Most Outstanding Player Sara Sullivan.

The Worcester State Lancers have been picked to win the league. Last year’s MASCAC Regular Season and Tournament Champions earned five of eight first place votes for 46 points.
Landing in the second slot is Westfield State, who nabbed 43 points in the poll and the final three first place votes. Tied in the third slot are Bridgewater State and Framingham State with 33 points.

Up next in fifth and sixth are Salem State and MCLA with 30 and 19 points, respectively. The Vikings finished the 2014 MASCAC schedule with a 4-2-1 record.
Closing out the 2015 preseason poll are Fitchburg State and Massachusetts Maritime in seventh and eighth, respectively.
