Framingham State Grad Unveils New Mural At Hometown Wrentham Village Outlets

The new mural pays homage to famous local landmarks, and one famous former resident, at the outlets.

WRENTHAM, MA — A Framingham State graduate now has a piece of art to showcase in her hometown.

Wrentham native Jenna Billian has unveiled a new mural at Wrentham Village Premium Outlets.

The mural is located between Nike and Banana Republic, and weaves together many of the town’s most beloved landmarks and stories, including Wrentham lakes, Sweatt Beach, Joe’s Rock, King Philip Regional High School, the Big Apple, Wrentham Congregational Church and Helen Keller, who lived in Wrentham for 13 years.

Billian’s work has been featured in galleries and museums throughout New England and beyond, with pieces included in permanent collections such as the Danforth Art Museum at Framingham State and Level99.

She has received several honors, including the Emerging Artist Award and a Craft Award, as well as presenting her first solo exhibition at the Danforth in 2023. She is currently pursuing her MFA in Sculpture at the University of Maryland.
