In Framingham, Warren Talks Trump, Musk And More

Sen. Elizabeth Warren answered questions and delivered remarks to over 1,000 people in Framingham on Saturday.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Sen. Elizabeth Warren said over 1,000 people attended her Town Hall on Saturday, a sign she said that people are "fired up and ready to fight back against every terrible policy Donald Trump and Elon Musk throw at us."

Warren spoke in Nevins Hall at the Memorial Building in Framingham on Saturday and, among other topics, spoke about President Donald Trump, Elon Musk and took five questions from audience members.

Though reports indicate the crowd was typically supportive, others outside Nevins Hall were out to support Trump.

On the president and Musk, Warren referred to them as "co-presidents" and criticized their approach to federal workers and the personal finance information of Americans.

She also stated that they "are trying to bring down our government from the inside."

Warren shared some of her thoughts about the recent actions of Musk, specifically related to an email in which he asked employees to justify their jobs, on X.

The senator also addressed more local questions — MetroWest Medical Center — and one that was off the wall — would the state ever consider seceding from the union?

Framingham Mayor Charlie Sisitsky and State Rep. Priscilla Sousa spoke before Senator Warren.
