A Middlesex County grand jury indicted<a href="https://patch.com/massachusetts/framingham/framingham-couple-charged-cocaine-heroin-trafficking-0"> Joshel Garcia, 24, of Framingham</a>.He was charged with trafficking a Class A substance, distribution of a Class A substance (4 counts), distribution of a Class B substance (2 counts), possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, violating the drug law near a school/park, and resisting arrest. He was <a href="https://patch.com/massachusetts/framingham/framingham-couple-charged-cocaine-heroin-trafficking-0">arrested in October 2014 by Framingham Police a "part of an extended drug investigation by our narcotics unit."</a>
