HUDSON, MA — The Hudson man authorities said shot and killed a 20-year-old Framingham woman in her car Thursday has turned himself in. Luis Santos, 23, is charged with the murder of Karla Rodriguez. Santos also faces charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, unlawful possession of a firearm and armed assault with intent to murder.He is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Marlborough District Court. Authorities said Santos shot Karla Rodriguez in her car on Howe Street in Hudson around 2 p.m. Thursday. Rodriguez was pronounced Friday morning at UMass Memorial Medical Center. Santos left the area on foot, authorities said.
