Leadership MetroWest Launches a Search for New Executive Director
Leadership MetroWest is a respected community leadership development organization that has been serving the region since 1986.
Leadership MetroWest, a nonprofit community leadership development organization, announces the launch of their search for a new Executive Director.
Leadership MetroWest seeks an experienced professional to lead a regional nonprofit organization with an annual budget of $100,000 and comprised of over 1000 diverse emerging and current leaders.
“Leadership MetroWest aims to move our region forward through programming, partnerships, and connections to resources and each other,” said Jamie Chapman, Chair of the Board of Directors. “This is an outstanding opportunity for a relationship-oriented individual who can create and implement a vision, work in partnership with a board of directors, and strengthen community partnerships to grow and sustain the organization’s impact.”

As the Executive Director of a single-person organization, this individual is responsible for a series of revenue-generating programs, as well as communications, and finance, with support and strategic guidance from an engaged board of directors who bring a range of skill sets, perspectives, and geographic and sector diversity.
