LOG: 2 People Transported from Dunkin Donuts, 8 Crashes, and 1 Arrested on Assault Charges

Editor’s Note: Gov. Patrick signed into law a new domestic violence law in mid-2014. The new law block the public’s access to domestic violence arrests until after the accused is arraigned in court. Framingham Patch will publish all arrests in the Framingham Police log.

Saturday, August 15: 1 arrest and 8 crashes

12:06 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 115 A Street at Framingham High. Vehicle towed. Unknown injuries.

12:15 a.m. Malicious destruction of property reported at 34 Shawmutt Terrace.

2:12 a.m. Undesirable individual reported at MBTA Commuter rail lot, 0 Franklin Street. Framingham Police removed the individual.

3:06 a.m. Suspicious activity reported at 4 Antrim Road.

8:13 a.m. Malicious destruction of property reported at 22 Clara Rd.

8:21 a.m. Malicious destruction of property reported at Anderson’s drivoing school, 61 Nicholas Road.

8:45 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 43 Hemenway Road.

9:50 a.m. Malicious destruction of property reported at 11 Winter Lane

10:03 a.m. Medical assistance requested at Dunkin Donuts, 266 Concord Street. Framingham Fire transported one.

10:34 a.m. Medical assistance requested at Dunkin Donuts, 334 Waverley Street. Framingham Fire transported one.

11:44 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Route 9 and Prospect Street. No injuries.

1:43 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 350 Worcester Rd.No injuries.

2:45 p.m. Malicious destruction of property reported at CP Auto Sales, 386 Hollis Street.

3:41 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Edgell Road and Lyman Road. Three vehicles, no injuries. Two vehicles towed.

4:48 p.m. Loud music reported at at the Aztec Restaurant, 2 Waverley St. Framingham Police advised.

5:03 p.m p.m. Assault reported at Downtown Common, 60 Concord Street.

5:05 p.m. Police arrested at the downtown common Joseph D Spencer, 28, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged with assault and battery, subsequent offense.

6:06 p.m. Medical assistance requested at the MBTA Commuter Rail Station, 495 Waverely Street. Framingham Fire transported one,

7:40 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Framingham High, 115 A Street. No injuries.

8:03 p.m. Inebriated individual reported at Butterworth Park, 250 Grant Street. Framingham Fire transported one person.

8:46 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at Stop & Shop, temple street.

9:02 p.m. Disturbed person reported at 29 Gleason Street. Framingham Police advised.

9;18 p.m. Disturbance reported at 626 Hollis Street. Framingham Police advised.
