LOG: Bike Strikes Car, Shoplifter at CVS, Arrest at Dunkin' Donuts, and 5 Crashes

Editor’s Note: Gov. Patrick signed into law a new domestic violence law in mid-2014. The new law block the public’s access to domestic violence arrests until after the accused is arraigned in court. Framingham Patch will publish all arrests in the Framingham Police log.

Friday, August 21: 5 arrests and 5 crashes
12:05 a.m. Police arrested at MetroWest Medical Center Raymond Howard, 39, of 14 Danforth Street Apt 2 of Framingham. Charged with disorderly conduct.
12:38 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 600 Worcester Rd.. Cruiser involved. Unknown injuries.
12:45 a.m. Police placed one into protective custody at 88 Blandin Avenue for alcohol.
12:45 a.m. Police arrested at MetroWest Medical Center Luis Gustavo Guallpa Mayancela, 21, of113 Evereit Avenue. Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with no license, leaving the scene of personal injury crash and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
1:46 a.m. Group reported at Simpson Park, 575 Central Street. Police removed the group.
2:38 a.m. Loud music reported at 203 Arlington Street. Framingham Police advised.
2:40 a.m. Medical assistance requested at Tedeschi’s, 430 waverely Street. Framingham Fire transported one person.
3:52 a.m. Suspicious activity reported at 146 Prospect Street.
9:10 a.m. Attempted breakin at Food Mart Unit, 1 Kendall Street.
9:47 a.m. Larceny reported at 60 Linda Avenue
10:36 a.m. Breaking and entering reported at 45 Arthur Street.
11:34 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 5 Whittier Street. No injuries.
1:05 p.m. Homeless Framingham man placed in to protective custody at downtown common due to alcohol.
1:12 p.m. Medical assistance requested at MetroWest Wellness Center, 761 Worcester Rd. Framingham Police assisted.
1:42 p.m. Fight reported at Blandin Avenue. Framingham Police advised.
2:29 p.m. Medical assistance requested at Psychiatric Emergency, 354 Waverely Street. Framingham Fire transported one person.
2:52 p.m. Shoplifter reported at CVS Pharmacy, Concord Street.
3:15 p.m. Police arrested at CVS Pharmacy Faeda Boursiquot, 39, of 46 Saint Lo Street of Framingham. Charged with shoplifting.
3:30 p.m. Group reported at MBTA Commuter Rail Lot, 0 Franklin Street. Framingham Police removed the group.
4:22 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 35 Concord Street. Caller says car struck him and took off.
4:30 p.m. Disturbed person reported at Hunter’s Village, 1186 Worcester Rd.
4:35 p.m. Undesirable individual reported at Framingham Shell, 846 Concord Street. Framingham Police removed the individual.
5:15 p.m. Police arrested at his residence James Tucceri, 25, of 23 Whittemore Road of Framingham. Charged on warrants.
6:39 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at MBTA Commuter Rail Lot, 0 Franklin Street. Caller says a man on a bike rode into his car and dented it.
6:43 p.m. Disturbance reported at Downtown Common, 60 Concord Street. Framingham Police advised.
6:50 p.m. Suspicious activity reported at Roosevelt Park, 30 Seminole Avenue.
7:54 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at TGI Friday’s, 1 Worcester Rd.
8:21 p.m. Inebriated individual reported at Deluxe Depot Diner, 417 Waverely Street. Framingham Fire transported one person.
9:31 p.m. Medical assistance requested at Aegean Restaurant, 257 Cochituate Road.
9:56 p.m. Police placed a woman into protective custody for alcohol at Universal Street.
10:10 p.m. Framingham Police arrested at Dunkin Donuts Ryan Tucker, 23, of 915 Edgell Road. Charged on warrants.
11:57 p.m. Malicious destruction of property reported at 123 Franklin Street.
