LOG: Cyclist Struck, 8 Crashes, Man Charged With Knife Assault, and 2 Arrested on Drug Charges

Editor’s Note: Gov. Patrick signed into law a new domestic violence law in mid-2014. The new law block the public’s access to domestic violence arrests until after the accused is arraigned in court. Framingham Patch will publish all arrests in the Framingham Police log.

2 p.m. Police arrested at 90 Worcester Rd Victor Losanno, 32, of 90 Worcester Rd Room 163 of Framingham. Charged with possession of a class A drug, with intent to distribute, subsequent offense.

2 p.m. Police arrested at downtown common Cecil R Ramos, 29, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (knife).

2 p.m. Police arrested at 90 Worcester Rd Kelly M Hoyt, 29, of 90 Worcester Road Room 163 of Framingham. Charged with possession of a class A drug, with intent to distribute.

4:24 p.m. Police investigation at the Musterfield Quadrangle, 1 Arsenal Road.

4;34 p.m. Larceny reported at 7D Carlson Road.

4:36 p.m.Motor vehicle crash reported at CVS, 492 Concord Street. Three vehicles. Framingham Fire en route.

5:13 p.m. Disturbance reported at the Greater Framingham Community Church, 44 Franklin Street. Framingham Police advised.
