LOG: Teen Struck on Route 9, Dozen Crashes, 4 Arrests, and Breakin on Edgebrook

Editor’s Note: Gov. Patrick signed into law a new domestic violence law in mid-2014. The new law block the public’s access to domestic violence arrests until after the accused is arraigned in court. Framingham Patch will publish all arrests in the Framingham Police log.

Police Log -- Monday, August 10: 4 arrests and 12 crashes
12:47 a.m. Medical assistance requested at the Alexander Street Program, Framingham Fire transported one person.
1:16 a.m. One individual placed into protective custody at the Old Colony Hotel, 2 Franklin Street.
1:32 a.m. Suspicious person reported at Tedeschi’s, 430 Waverley Street. Framingham Police advised.
2:15 a.m. Police arrested at his residence Carlos Muniz Rodriguez, 61, of 1612 Worcester Rd, Apt 106 of Framingham. Charged on a warrant.
9:02 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Grant and Pond streets. 2 vehicles, unknown injuries. Framingham Fire en route.
10:01 a.m. Disturbed person reported at Walden School, 80 Kellogg Street.
11:12 a.m. Hit & run crash reported at 861 Edgell Road.
12:23 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Concord Street and Sturgis Road
12:27 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 554 Worcester Rd. 2 vehicles, 1 injured. Framingham Fire on scene, Fire transported two to hospital. Both vehicles towed.
12:32 p.m. Suspicious motor vehicle reported at Iglesia Celebracion, 32 South Street. Framingham Police advised.
12:34 p.m. Motor vehicle reported at 14 Waveney Road. Car into brush. No injuries.
12:47 p.m. Larceny reported at MetroWest Eye Physicians, 61 Lincoln Street.
1:17 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 19 Blandin Avenue. No injuries.
2:12 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Old Conn Path and Speen Street. two vehicles, no injuries.
2:35 p.m. Group reported at 60 Concord Street. Framingham Police removed.
2:44 p.m. Pedestrian struck at 1583 Worcester Rd.
2:54 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 1626 Worcester Road. Two vehicles, tow requested.
4:05 p.m. Breaking & entering reported at 80 Edgebrook Road.
4:27 p.m. Report of a drunk at the Framingham Downtown Common, 60 Concord Street.
4:27 p.m. Police arrested at the common Jose Aquilar, 35, of 125 Franklin Street in Framingham. Charged with a Framingham bylaw violation.
4:42 p.m. Larceny reported at 59 Hollis Street.
5:16 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at269 Hollis Street. Three vehicles, including a U.S. Postal Truck. No injuries.
5:19 p.m Motor vehicle crash reported at 84 Edgell Road. Two vehicles, no injuries.

8:36 p.m. Medical assistance requested at the Commter rail train station, 495 Waverely Street. Framingham Fire transported one.
9:10 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at MCI Framingham 26 Loring Drive. No injuries. Tow truck needed.
9:12 p.m. Suspicious person reported at the Pelham Recreation Center, 95 Taralli Terrace.
10:33 p.m. Police arrested at Concord and Frederick streets Alison Voner, 25, of 40 Queens Way of Framingham. Charged with possession of Class A drug and charged with possession of a Class E drug.
10:37 p.m. Disturbance reported at 2 Kendall Street. Framingham Police removed.
11:12 p.m. Disturbance reported at Pearl Street and Union Avenue.
11:12 p.m. Police arrested on Pearl Street James P. Melia, 3 Merchant Road of Framingham. Charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
